AMERICAN STOCK EXCHANGE LISTS CITIGROUP FUNDING INC.’S STRATEGIC MARKET ACCESS NOTES BASED UPON THE CITI U.S. EQUITY MODEL INDEX

New York, May 27, 2008 - The American Stock Exchange® (Amex®) opened trading on Citigroup Funding Inc.’s Strategic Market Access Notes Based Upon the Citi U.S. Equity Model Index.

Priced at $10.00 per unit with an initial offer size of 2,200,000 units, this equity trades under the ticker symbol CKK and has a maturity date of May 25, 2011.
