New York, April 24, 2008 - The American Stock Exchange® (Amex®) opened trading on Citigroup Funding Inc.’s 10.5% ELKS Based Upon Intel Corporation.

Priced at $10.00 per unit with an initial offer size of 13,860,000 units, this equity trades under the ticker symbol EHP and has a maturity date of May 7, 2009.
