AMERICAN STOCK EXCHANGE LISTS THE COMMON STOCK OF U.S. GEOTHERMAL, INC.

New York, April 16, 2008 — The American Stock Exchange® (Amex®) today lists the common stock of U.S. Geothermal, Inc. under the ticker symbol HTM. 

U.S. Geothermal is a renewable energy development company that is currently developing a geothermal power project at Raft River, Idaho and conducting exploration activities at Neal Hot Springs, Oregon.
