AMERICAN STOCK EXCHANGE LISTS JPMORGAN CHASE & CO. KEYNOTES EXCHANGE TRADED NOTES LINKED TO THE FIRST TRUST ENHANCED 130/30 LARGE CAP INDEX

New York, May 22, 2008 - The American Stock Exchange® (Amex®) opened trading on JPMorgan Chase & Co.’s KEYnotes Exchange Traded Notes Linked to the First Trust Enhanced 130/30 Large Cap Index.

Priced at $50.00 per unit with an initial offer size of 500,000 units, this equity trades under the ticker symbol JFT and has a maturity date of May 25, 2023.
 
The notes are issued by JPMorgan Chase & Co. The Amex specialist unit is Kellogg Capital Group.
